Where do I start? Well, for starters Beth is beyond a 5 star! I can speak for that in regards to how she was professionally and who she is personally. Trusting someone with a large life decision is hard, but we knew we were in goods hands with Beth, which made the selling/buying process so much easier. A realtor is more than just filling out the paperwork, talking to agents/buyers, hosting open houses. With her, there were no hiccups in the process. If we stubbled upon an unexpected hurdle (because let's face it, selling/buying isn't 100% predictable), she handled it with ease, all the while keeping us reassured that everything was going to work out and be just fine. We know Beth personally. She is a neighbor, turned friend, turned friend like family. She has a high level of integrity and her moral compass is always in tact (both professionally and personally)! I have heard horror stories about people in the realtor industry caring more about their financial gains, not about the buyer/seller and with Beth that was never even a slight worry! Beth handles everything from end to end. When selling my home she did analysis of all homes recently sold. Advised me on certain items that should be addressed prior to listing my home. She staged furniture and even did a high level cleaning. I received timely updates and feedback on showings and when my home sold she walked me through all steps. Closing was a snap, we sign the ability for Beth to do signing and she came to my home to sign documents, then she came to our home with check after closing. End to End was professional and enjoyable experience.
